A New Adventure Begins...

After nearly 4 amazing years of OLM-Remix, it's unfortunately time to bring this project to a close. However we're not really going anywhere as I'm starting a brand new remix line 2nd Adventure.

2nd Adventure will see a completely different system to the current OLM-Remix one, and you'll be pleased to know you'll be able to get your hands on the brand new mixes as soon as they're done! How cool! 2nd Adventure will launch in a couple of weeks time.

I would like to thank everyone who downloaded something from OLM-Remix over the past 3+ years, and you've helped us get 1000's of downloads, and a lot of recognition. And that's down to you lot downloading all the latest releases, singles, albums, you name it.

In effect, that also cancels all upcoming releases for OLM-Remix too, however the mixes made for the 2011 OLM-Remix album will of course be polished up and given a coating of 2nd Adventure magic.

For those who still want to explore the OLM-Remix website after 2nd Adventure launches, you'll still be able to as I'm not closing the site, or any other affiliated sites and blogs too. Below is all of the new addresses you'll need to start your new fix - 2nd Adventure.

We've launched a minute clip of our brand new single 'Memory of You' on OLM-Remix Official, to give you a little taster of what you can expect from the full thing! 'Memory of You' was the highly popular b-side to Girls Aloud's 20th single 'The Loving Kind' which gained alot of media attention as it was not released in a high quality format untill the release of the Girls Aloud Singles Boxset a few months ago.


'Memory of You' is available for free digital download from Monday 09th August which I can confirm will be full of exclusives as we celebrate our 10th single. The single which is coming from our up-coming album re-release 'Playback: Reverse', available Monday 16th August. It's a mid-tempo ravey club mix, just some of the OLM-Remix magic that was needed to bring this song into 2010. The mix goes by the name of 'OLM's Electric Cage Vocal Mix', and there will also be a very special Dub mix too. Stay tuned for all the latest info on OLM-Remix Official.

On August 09th we're bringing out our brand new single, from the upcoming re-release of our platinum album 'Playback'. The album will obviously include the new single, and a handful of some brand new mixes. This is expected to be released sometime in August 2010. The brand new single is different from what we've ever done before, featuring very little vocals. It is sure to go down well with Girls Aloud fans as this song caught the media's ettention as it was only originally released on a Vinyl. The new single features Kimberly Walsh's vocals throughout, just 1/5 of the Girls Aloud crew. Have you guessed it yet? Our brand new single 'Memory of You' will be released on Monday 09th August 2010 for free digital download.

Although the release is over 8 weeks away, stay tuned for the premier, the reviews, the video, the artwork, and of course the tracklist which I promise will be very special.
